INFORMS APS 2025 - Atlanta

The INFORMS APS conferences have a rich history of 21 successful international conferences at the cutting edge of research in Applied Probability, with applications to operations research, operations management, stochastic networks, computer science, machine learning and statistical inference, among many other topics.

We are delighted to announce that the 22nd INFORMS Applied Probability Society Conference will be held from June 30th to July 3rd, 2025, at the Georgia Tech Exhibition Hall in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. This is the second time Atlanta has hosted the APS conference, the first being exactly 30 years before.

 

For the first time ever, we have a Summer School before the conference, from June 25th to 29th, 2025. For an updated list of speakers and schedule, click here.
 

Important Dates

  • October 31st, 2024 November 15th, 2024: Session chairs finalize their session
    Deadline for session chairs to enter title and speakers of their sessions.

  • January 31st, 2025: Contributed abstract submission deadline
    Deadline for contributed session speakers to submit their title and abstract.

  • February 15th, 2025: Title and abstract submission for invited speakers
    Deadline for invited speakers to submit their title and abstract.

  • February 21st, 2025: Decision on contributed sessions
    Authors of contributed session submissions informed of the decision on their talk proposals.

  • March 15th, 2025: Student support application deadline
    Deadline for students who need financial support to attend the conference to submit their application. More information about the application requirements here.

  • March 31st, 2025: Decision on student support
    Students who applied for support informed of the decision on their application.

  • March 31st, 2025: Poster submission deadline
    Deadline to submit title and abstract for authors who wish to present a poster at the conference.

  • April 15th, 2025: Decision on posters
    Authors who submitted a poster proposal informed about the decision on their proposal.

  • May 1st, 2025: Early registration deadline
